1. Your e-mail has been sorted into the spam folder

If you have set up security for your e-mail application, or if you are using free e-mail (Yahoo Mail, Gmail, hotmail, etc.) or cell phone e-mail (docomo, au, softbank), the auto-reply e-mail may be recognized as spam mail. If you find it in your spam mail folder, please report the e-mail as "not spam mail".


2. Your device is set to reject or automatically delete e-mails from unknown e-mail address as spam mail.

Free email services (Yahoo Mail, Gmail, hotmail, etc.) and cell phone email (docomo, au, softbank) have a function to reject or automatically delete emails sent from our store as spam mail due to their anti-spam settings. If this is the case, our auto-reply e-mail may have been deleted. Please contact us again using the inquiry form or by phone. Also, please change your settings so that you can receive our e-mail (@meister-gankyouin.com). In the default settings of docomo, au, and softbank cell phone e-mails, they are set to reject PC e-mails. You will need to change your cell phone's settings to receive incoming e-mails from PCs. Please refer to the following link for instructions on how to change your cell phone's settings to receive incoming e- mails. 3. Your incoming folder is full (especially if you use docomo, au, softbank)

When the capacity of the receiving folder is full, you will not be able to receive any more e-mails. Overflowing e-mails will be deleted automatically. In this case, please contact our store again using the reservation and inquiry form or by phone.


4. E-mail address has been entered incorrectly

There is a possibility that the e-mail address you entered is incorrect. In this case, neither your reservation nor your inquiry has been received by our store. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please fill out the form again and submit it.
